Sunday Adult Bible Studies

Class is held 9:00 - 10:00am.

Adult Sunday School is a great way to grow in your relationship with Christ. At OCC we value studying the Word of God together and we offer options for participants throughout the year on a topic or book of the Bible. Teaching, discussion and life application are important aspects of these classes. Listed below is our current class

A new Sunday school quarter begins September 12th offering:

James: Living the Gospel  - with Keith W. in room #7 (Fellowship Hall)
Description: A study in the book of James as we look at what it means to live a life that displays the Gospel of Jesus Christ. James addresses the practical and ethical aspects for personal living, living with other Christians and living within a fallen world.

Ruth - Hope and Redemption during Pain and Loss (A Women's Only Study) - with Chris S. in room #9 (Conference Room)
Description: We live in a fallen world where pain and loss are all too common. As we look at Ruth we see how our God and his mercy provide us with hope and redemption while we live in this world.

Foundation Issues – Building Blocks of the Christian Faith - with Bill R. in room #5 (Family Room)
Description: Who is Jesus? What is the Gospel? How can I trust the Bible? What is the Church? Why is the church important? We will work through these questions as we exam the foundation of the Christian faith.
